Our firm, an Investment Banking organisation is located in the Central Business District of Lagos Island, is a global investment banking and financial conglomerate offering services in Corporate Finance, Securities Trading and Wealth Management.

Due to expansion and reorganization of its operations, we require the services of outstanding, talented and goal-oriented individuals to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Chief Strategist

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate reports to the Group Managing Director (GMD) by communicating and implementing the company’s overall strategy internally and externally so that all employees understand the company-wide strategic plans and how they participate in the delivery of the company’s overall goals.
• His responsibilities are built on three pillars namely Strategy design, Implementation and control, Innovative Finance and Business Development.

Qualification & Experience

• A highly sociable personality with strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen.
• He must possess a good appreciation and understanding of strategic and business planning frameworks, principles and techniques.
• A Bachelor's degree preferably in any Business-related discipline and a relevant postgraduate qualification is required.
• He must have at least 15-20 years’ work experience in business, financial advisory or investment banking with a minimum of 5 years’ strategic experience in a similar environment, management consulting or investment banking.
