Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Sales Executive

Job Summary
Ensure Closure
- The successful applicant will serve as a liaison between its Clients; she shall also be saddled with the responsibility of customer service which includes but not limited to, dealing with complaints, orders, account questions or balance enquiry, subscription.
- The successful applicant shall also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, helping to retain customers and assisting in generating repeated sales revenue for the company.
Requirements
Academic Qualification:
- HND, B.Sc and B.A from reputable tertiary institutions.
Experience:
- Interested applicants must have at least 1 year (s) experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a reputable company.
Skills:
- Interested applicants must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interested applicants must be proficient in computer appreciation, i.e, Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
- Age / Gender: Interested applicants must be female and must not be above 26 years.
