Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Overseeing pricing and stock control
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.
- Utilize labour management tools, including effective scheduling, to maximize productivity, profitability and margins.
- Encourage store employees to take ownership for their performance
- Conduct regular store meetings.
- Maintain and utilize surveillance equipment.
- Maintain adequate store supplies.
- Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank.
- Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.
- Responsible for preparation of work schedules.

Education and Qualification
- Applicants must have a degree in Social science/Engineering and other certifications
- Applicants must have minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry.
