Chemo-Pharma Laboratories Limited is one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies in Ikeja Lagos which was established in 1985. The Company has an Installed Capacity of 6.0million bottles of liquid syrup and 310.2 million tablets per annum respectively.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Wholesale Sales Management:

• Visiting wholesalers
• Prospect and grow wholesale distributors most especially within southwest state of the country
• Tracking Sales Support and ensuring optimum performance of his team

Retail Sales - Managing a Team Sales Rep:

• Visiting stores with the sales team
• Tracking Orders and Deliveries for each day , ensuring all orders are completed by the warehouse
• Tracking , preparing and analyzing sales metrics
• Scheduling Retail sales team visits
• Weekly briefing and training for the retail sales team

Coordinating Marketing Activities – In All Drugs Market in Southwest Nigeria:

• Scheduling and coordinating planned market weekly sampling activities
• Managing staff schedules, local approvals, and location scouting
• Tracking activities metrics and creating reports on the - costs, sampling size, customer feedback
• Costs tracking and budgets

Required Candidate Profile

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and must be Matured in all disposition.
• Candidate should have minimum 7years of working experience with notable FMCG company in Nigeria as Sales Manager
• Building relationship, good negotiation skills
• Result driven,
• Managing profitability
• Incumbent must be Lagos resident
