B.Architecture (not earlier than 2010)
Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals;
- A Producing detailed workings, highly detailed drawings and specifications
- A Specifying the nature and quality of materials required
- Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running smoothly and timely
- A Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction
- Ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is managed
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction
