Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Job Description
- Sending, receiving, prioritizing, and distributing mails and archiving them as appropriate.
- Candidate must be familiar with court structures, vendors and other legal resources; and have basic knowledge of legal terminology.
- Establish and maintain filing systems, maintain logs and track cases and appeals, and act as custodian of departmental documents and records.
- Assisting external solicitors with new briefs and with existing briefs.
- Dispatching of legal mails to external solicitors.
- Perform other tasks as may be required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND.
- Preferably someone who has worked in a legal settings with knowledge of legal terminologies and processes.
