Job Title: Legal Officer (CONHESS 08 Step 2)
Location: Osun
Job Functions
- Successful candidates for the post will be required to perform the following functions:
- Rendering legal advice to the institution on all legal matters.
- Drafting and filing legal document in Courts.
- Preparing legal documents on behalf of the institution.
- Appearing on behalf of the Board and the institution in matters relating to litigations in Courts.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer and or Management/Management Board.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Candidates must possess LL.B (Hons.) from a recognized University and obtained Bachelor of Laws (B.L.) from the Nigeria Law School plus evidence of completion of or exemption from the NYSC.
- In addition, Candidates must have at least two (2) years post NYSC experience and must be legally-qualified to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria.
Remuneration
N1,151,989.00 per annum.
