Job Title: Personal Assistant / Administrative Executive

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
  • Answering phone calls
  • Organizing travel and itineraries
  • Organizing and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc in Secretarial Administration or Office Technology Management.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years cognate experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant.
  • Must be a Female.
  • Must be computer literate
