Job Title: Sales / Marketing Executive - FEMALE

Job Description/Specifications
- Liaise with the line manager on meeting revenue target
- Execute business plan and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Implement action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Assist in carrying out action plans to penetrate new markets
- Analyze market demand on monthly basis
- Collate, Analyze and Interpret & present weekly MIS Report
- Review on weekly basis, performance towards achieving business revenue target
- Provides timely feedback to the line manager regarding sales performance
- Monitoring the execution of clients POs
- Attending and organizing sales promotional events and exhibitions
- Ensure product quality is maintained
- Manage customer data base
- Provide customer additional information and explain services
- Ensure 100% customer retention
- Manage customer complaints and ensure their needs are met
- Ensure that ordering and receiving of product is done in accordance with Formats Policy
- Ensure compliance with business plan and sales strategy for the market
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the group
- Other Responsibilities as assigned by top line Manager
Educational Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc./Higher National Diploma Qualification.
- Minimum of 3-4 years Sales Management.
