Bquins Solution Limited is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Center and Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Roles

• Manage our call centre across, develop ideas for the organization.
• Open and close business deals for the company.
• Secure contract cost minimization and maximization of profit for the firm.
• Liaise with 3rd parties.
• Manage internal and outsource call centres.
• Represent the company in external affairs, government agencies, business clients, meetings.
• Report directly to the H.R and Operations Director.

Qualification

• HND / B.Sc, Masters and other qualification will be an additional advantage.

Skills:

• Communication skills, high-level negotiation skills, customer service skills
• Must be proficient in excel, Microsoft and PowerPoint, presentation skills
• Must be able to work under pressure, target driven
• Must be a team player, self-driven and highly motivated and
• Must have a good command of English language.

Salary Range

• N80,000 - N150,000 monthly (base on experience and negotiation) plus commission.
