We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Manager

Job Description

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective operations in the department.
  • Co-ordinate and oversee daily operational functions for the department
  • Handle all high level material procurement and tracking of material deliveries
  • Effective monitoring of operational expenses and administrative budget.
  • Manage company assets, with properly and timely documentation/tagging.
  • Supervise and improve the performance of outsourcing security team.
  • Establish and implement drivers and vehicle management system.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in any relevant field
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience preferably in multinational companies (more than 3 years leadership experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be smart, versatile, dynamic, highly result oriented and computer literate.
