Job Description
- Perform and coordinate inspections and determine quality assurance testing models of raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.

- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
- Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
- Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

Qualifications
- B.Tech or equivalent, minimum 10-15 years ‘experience.
- Expertise in batching plant, civil lab testing, cube testing.
- Knowledge of various concrete grade design mixture, NDTs.
- Ability to write quality procedures for cement, sand, Aggregate, water etc

- Undertake technical reviews and contribute to the concept design of IPP Combined Cycle
- Provide continuous feedback to the IPP Management on the effectiveness of the protocols and processes in place with a view to continuous improvement
- Develop positive professional relationship with the IPP Project Management Team communicating openly about project progress. Participate in team meetings, disseminate information within the team, and communicate with other teams
- Identify and act on, or refer, potential risk issues and follow in full the company commercial and contracting processes
- Manage delegated tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and flag resourcing concerns to team leader. Identify and flag additional resource requirement to the IPP Project Management team
- Complete timesheet accurately ahead of weekly deadlines.
