Job Description
- We are currently accepting Corps members and Interns who are enthusiastic about Customer Service to join our Customer Care unit and assist in achieving utmost customer satisfaction.
- In this role, you will interact with our clients by phone, email, and face-to-face with a friendly yet professional demeanour with the goal of ensuring sales.
Requirements
- Degree in Mass Communications, English, Linguistics, Business Administration, Marketing and Sales or any other related field
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Content creation
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn
- Innovative thinker with a positive attitude
- Able to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients
