Job Description
- Serves patients by Preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary healthcare team and monitoring patient drug therapies.
- Educating patients about health matters and how to prevent certain ailments.
- Monitoring drugs prescribed.
- Overseeing tasks given to Intern Pharmacist.
- Packaging and arranging medications in the Pharmacy.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy.
- 1-3 years work experience
- Valid license
- Must have good work ethics.
- Neatness is paramount.
- Candidate must be able to communicate well and have good writing skills.
