We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Bartender (Mixologist)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing cocktail for guests
- Mixing of Both alcoholic and none alcoholic beverages
- Taking stock of items in the bars
- Ensure beverages are not out of stock
- Keeping records of all sales and reconciliation of account.
- Taking orders from guests and ensuring they are satisfied
- Must follow the sanitation rules and regulations
- Always ensure the bar area is clean and dry.
- Ensuring payments for beverages sold are collected and recorded
- Reporting to the food and beverage supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Good customer service skills
- Must be able to mix drinks
- Must be familiar with different beverages
- Previous experience and a bar attendant or as a Mixologist
- Not less than 20 years of age
- Good communication and written skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Must be neat and respectful.
