Job Title: Emergency Phone Call Operator (Male / Female)

Location: Nigeria

Duties

• Answering and connecting emergency calls to responder agencies, tracking call progress, intervening on service delivery.
• To work with operations manager to resolve all calls/situations and ensure service satisfaction at all levels.
• All-other delegated functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, eloquent English (local languages a plus)
• Should be able to read and understand maps and mapping system.
• High computer literacy.
• Steady concentration and alertness is basic.
