We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Reporting To: Account Manager

Job Description

• Daily reconciliation of inventory.
• Daily/weekly inventory physical counts
• Analysis of inventory received from the warehouse and or from HQ
• Sales Invoices for all channels on sage
• Inventory reconciliation with sales out and warehouse inventory
• Accurate accounts receivable ledger.
• Weekly and Monthly reconciliation.

Purpose of the Job:

• To safeguard the assets of the company (cash/Bank) by maintaining accurate records (inventory and Reconciliation) of all stocks transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Educational Requirement: Degree or its Equivalent
• Minimum Required experience 2-3 Years in a similar position

Skills / Experience / Competencies Required:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel & Sage with relevant accounting qualification(s).
