We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Cross River, Edo, Lagos

Job Objective

  • To achieve targeted patient numbers and revenue
  • To effectively manage existing clients and seek new clients

Job Description

  • To increase revenue for the company and achieve patient number target
  • To submit monthly invoice to clients by 5th day of the month
  • To effectively follow up and ensure prompt collection of payments within 30days
  • To ensure client payments are accompanied with a remittance advice
  • To manage existing clients within assigned territory
  • To aggressively sell the company's services and ensure increased business/patronage from clients (existing and new) within assigned territory
  • To ensure retention of clients within assigned territory
  • To attend to routine and non-routine client requests in accordance with SOP's
  • To maintain customers SLA and ensure client satisfaction / resolve all client related issues
  • To ensure laboratory consumables are readily available at hospitals - requisition forms, sample collection bottles and sample collection bags
  • To distribute brand collateral to clients this includes leaflets, fliers, and corporate gift items
  • To coordinate and participate in brand building efforts and community engagements (presentations, Health Screening) as required
  • To implement and monitor loyalty programmes for Clients
  • To conduct monthly customer survey
  • To ensure adherence to business plan by retaining and increasing client number
  • To generate daily/weekly/quarterly review and report on sales activities
  • To collate information/data on market/competition for business intelligence
  • To develop implement and maintain a strategic database for clients
  • To ensure adherence to SOP's, SANAS requirements, etc.
  • To document incident reports and take appropriate action to resolve client outstanding/escalate

Requirements

  • HND or BSc degree in any Biological Science or relevant field
  • 1 – 3 Years relevant work experience
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Selling skills
