Requirements

• Applicants must possess Bachelor's, Master's and Ph.D Degrees in Food Science, Food Technology or Postharvest Technology from a recognized University
• Evidence of peer reviewed scholarly publications in reputable outlets is required for the applicants
• Applicants must be competent to teach and conduct research in Food processing, Food product development, Food Microbiology and Food Safety, Food Plant Design, Food Machinery Fruit and Vegetable Processing and Food Process Engineering.
