Job Title: Head of Accounts
Location: Lagos
The Role:
Our client is looking for a focused, efficient, result-oriented and qualified individual with excellent inter-personal skills. He will be responsible for:
- Petty cash management, bank management and LIRS/FIRS Tax administration.
- Liaise with the external auditors and offshore partners in addition to general book keeping using the Company's accounting/payroll packages.
- Management of a team of account managers and take primary responsibility for developing, sustaining and enhancing relationships with customers along with meeting financial, brand, and change objectives of the microfinance bank.
- Maintaining the infrastructure of the company as it grows.
- Manage budgets responsibly and accurately on a monthly and annual basis.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- HND/B.SC in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and any related fields.
- MBA or any post graduate degree is an added advantage.
- 7-10 years of experience.
- ICAN, ACA or ACCA certificate or any other professional qualification.Candidates should not be more than 35 years of age.
