Job Description
- Attending to customers at the counter on queries, sales and information
- Taking and following up on customer orders
- Processing payments on orders made by customers
- Assisting customers and providing solutions
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform customers and increase sales
Requirements
- B.Sc. from a reputable university
- Excellent use of Microsoft tools like excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge and use of cash register
