Job Title: Integrated Planner

Job Summary

  • The integrated planner shall Manage and coordinate the establishment and support of programs and / or projects of significance to the operation and administration of operating components of the secretariat.
  • Provides and / or coordinates program planning and evaluation, ensuring that developing and existing programs are effective and in conformance with the overall goals and objectives of the committee.
  • Participates in strategic planning as appropriate, and supports, represents, and deputizes for the principal executive of the component in programmatic interactions with various internal and external constituencies, as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics or Applied Sciences)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in this role or a similar role.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Professional training in the areas of planning, monitoring and evaluation, facilitation and/or coordination is an asset.

Skills and Competencies Requirements:

  • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of integrated program planning, development, and administration within a public institution environment.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
