Roles and Responsibilities
The web support representative shall be available to assist customers with website design,
redesign, hosting, integration of customer's website/portal to BBN SMS Gateway, setup or reseller portal.
- Diagnosing system to detect the source of a reported technical issue with the company product reported by the customer or customer service representative
- Guiding customer during integration to the SMS Gateway for customers that are able to setup the gateway by themselves
- Assisting customers with integrating their platform to BBN SMS Gateway
- Assisting customers with the setup if their bulk SMS reseller account
- Assisting customers with the setup of their bulk SMS reseller website using Joomla SMS component.
- Hosting of website.
- Design of basic websites for customers.
- Reporting all the weeks activity to the Managing Director.
Requirements
Skill Set:
- Basic to intermediate level experience of the PHP programming language
- Basic to intermediate level experience of working with Joomla
- Basic to intermediate level experience of working with Wordpress
- Basic to intermediate level experience with graphic tool such us Adobe Fireworks
- Basic to intermediate level experience working with XML, JSON shall be of additional advantage
- Effective communication skill
- Should posses at least an OND in computer science or any related field

- Zend Server / XAMPP / WAMP
- Mozilla Thunderbird
- Skype
- 2-3 yrs work experience.
