Roles and responsibilities
- The position holder will assist the training manager to identify training needs of staff of Clients and develop training programs to respond to such needs.
- Assist in the ddevelopment and adaptation of tools, training curriculum
- Support the development of annual training plans for organizations Clients
- Prepare accurate periodic reports with on training and capacity building activities for all project sites and maintain an up to date data base for persons trained
Qualification/Experience
- A University degree or equivalent in Social Sciences or related field
- 3 years of relevant training management work experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal (English)
- Great presentation skills and experience
- Must have organizational and strong computer skills including database management e.g. Access
- Work experience 3-4years
