Job Description

  • We are recruiting to fill the position of a Branch Manager for our real estate sector of the companies
  • We are looking for someone who is goal oriented and result driven; your primary role is to oversee the daily operations of our properties such as a commercial and residential building or apartment complex
  • Someone who can manage facilities maintenance, collect rent, find renters when properties are vacant and handle evictions, complaints, violations and other issues from residents and renters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Property Management: You must ensure that all commercial and residential properties under your care are maintained. This includes overseeing minor repairs, painting, landscaping and other activities that upkeep the value of a property
  • Negotiate Contracts: Negotiating the terms of a commercial or residential lease. This can include new leases, renewals or property purchases.
  • Show Properties: Showing potential renters or owners properties that are available for sale or lease. This involves escorting parties to
  • property ground, highlighting features and discussing any concerns about property repairs or cosmetic changes
  • Interact with Tenants: Collecting rents, Preparing eviction notices, handling requests and complaints, implementing conflict management skills when needed
  • Manage Property Expenses: Developing, overseeing and making changes to property expense budgets as needed.
  • Maintaining expense records, set budget limits, develop cost-saving strategies and prepare financial statements.
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
  • Meet goals and metrics.
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Building, Civil Engineering and any others related field
  • 5-8 years of working experience
  • Proven work experience in a real estate sector
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
  • Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Results driven and customer focused
  • A male candidate is preferable.
