Job Title: Special Education Needs (SEN) Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• Assess students' skills to determine their needs and to develop teaching plans
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students
• Plan, organize, and assign activities that are specific to each student’s abilities
• Implement Individualized Education Programs (lEPs), assess students’ performance, and track their progress
• Supervise and mentor teacher assistants who work with students with disabilities

Educational Qualifications / Certifications and Experience

• B.Ed Special Education / B.Sc Psychology, a Master's degree is an advantage
• A minimum of 3 years cognate experience
• Versatile and sensitive with strong listening, speaking, writing and motivational skills.
• Maintain high standard of discipline and work ethics
• Must be registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN)
