Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment process for clients
- Business expansion/development Strategy and execution.
- HR Business partnership to Management
- Business solutions development and deployment.
- Provide assessment/selection administrative support.
- Identification and selection of top Talents at junior/senior/executive levels.
Requirements/Qualifications
- A Good Bachelor Degree in Human Resources; Social science; or Related discipline
- Minimum of 2.2 (second class lower)
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in core Human Resources with at least: Two (2) years experience in HR consulting
- Must have relevant professional HR certification. E.g. CIPMN, SHRM, CIPD etc.

Skills/Knowledge
- Proven experience in working in a complex matrix, with a broad base of cultures, dealing with demanding and fast-paced client groups.
- Must have cognate experience in;
- Business development/Client facing
- Executive Search/Senior Recruitment
- Business Strategy/HR Policy development
- Business Writing & Presentation; Business Proposal and Reporting skills
- Track record of working successfully in a very organized way, multi- tasking prioritising, managing data, and setting and achieving deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office)
- Flexible and customer focused approach
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills
- Good sales and negotiation skills
