Job Duties:
- Train, coach, and manage team of grassroots representatives in geographic region.
- Create partnership opportunities for team members within community.
- Motivating grassroots representatives to canvass their territories.
- Report on performance as well as develop strategies for continuous lifts in enrollment activity.
- Wiling to learn about IT products.
Job Requirements:
- Highly networked within community
- Able to work with limited supervision plus to manage a remote team
- SSCE, OND, HND & B. sc.
- Highly motivated people person
- Self-Management skill
- 24 years & Above
- Residence of Lagos State.
