We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate real estate transactions
• Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties
• Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation
• Offer legal advice and review transactions on real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite ( Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
