• Develop web applications for in-house and client’s usage.
• Updating existing portals.
• Providing support and responding to feedback
• Researching and examining current systems and consulting users
• Liaising with colleagues such as support engineers
• Writing software and operating manuals
• Training users
• Testing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliably
