Job Description
- Updating of request (LAR) and reports to keep track of events
- Oil field cement testing as per API spec
- Calibration of lab equipment
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Updating inventory of lab spares, additives and samples Communication with internal and external lab customers as required
- General lab duties, house keeping etc
- Maintain equipment and workplace
- Prepare and analyse samples
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Work in teams
- Carry out experiments according to clearly defined safety and environment guidelines.
Requirements
- HND – Upper Credit,Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Result oriented.
- Very good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good Organizational and information management skills
- Good basic mathematics skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office environment
- Strong desire to learn and develop
- Must be able to read and interpret lab results
