- Preparation and supervision of technical repairs, modifications and upgrades
- Audit of cement plants and grinding terminals

- Preventive maintenance and planning
- Management of required spare parts

Role & Responsibilities
- Creation of functional and feature descriptions (specifications) for process engineering.
- Programming and automation of PLC controls of Allen-Bradley (Rockwell-Automation) and Siemens.
- Project-specific coordination and supervision of commissioning at construction sites.
- Commissioning activities for electrical, control and instrumentation/ single drives/groups as well as for system start-up.
- Assurance of our quality standards and safety regulations during assigned commissioning activities.
- Technical elaborations/ audits with regard to electrical supervision.
- Ensure high standards in the provision of maintenance services in alignment with best maintenance practices.
- Secure optimal availability and maintenance of all electrical equipment.
- Create the necessary purchasing requisitions for spare parts.
- Training of customer personnel with regard to our machines' operation.
- Continuous reporting to the Automation / Instrumentation Manager.
- Preparing and finalizing the specific project documentation.
- Comply with all relevant company and statutory health and safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- University degree in Automation Engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in programming PLC controls (S5/S7/PCS7, etc.).
- Practical experience with the visualization systems WinCC, Intouch, PCS7.
- Knowledge of process control and visualization technology as well as of control technology in complex plants.
- Very good understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
- Organisation and planning skills.
- Analytical, communicative, solution-oriented work style.
- Very good MS-Office and MS-Project knowledge.
- Business-fluent spoken and written English.
- Further languages skills would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to various national locations.
