Job Title: Farm Supervisor

Location: Imo

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing very detailed report on day-to-day farm activities for onward report to management
• Clearly communicate vision of top management to farm hands
• Allocate duties to staff
• Train new staff on their roles
• Ensure operations are carried out seamlessly
• Supervising farm operations
• Reporting all inputs and outputs from farm

Qualification

• Minimum OND in Agriculture or Agriculture related course from a recognized institution of learning.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a farm. Those that have worked on a Pig farm have added advantage

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good leadership skills
• Good reporting skills
