Job Title: Lead Outage Excellence Specialist

Role Summary/Purpose:
The Outage Excellence Specialist is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and mitigating the risks on planned outages in Contractual Service business.
The successful candidate, dedicated to specific projects, will took leadership on overall outage planning process rigor.

Essential Responsibilities:
The Lead Outage Excellence Specialist develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals:
  • Work closely with CS Area managers, fulfillment & functional experts in order to identify all the actions necessary to assure a timely and accurate plan of outages
  • Proactively provide and keep updated metrics on OE process and customer scorecards
  • Drive Outage Excellence process adoption in CSA
  • Arrange and drive Outage QMI rhythm
  • Be responsible to support the implementation of new outage excellence processes consistent with CSA & Customer CTQ’s
  • Be responsible to prepare periodic update to senior managers
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 5 years work seniority
  • Technical skills, preferred gas turbine / centrifugal compressors maintenance knowledge
  • Self-starter, high motivation level, strong leadership skills
  • Good presentation, communication and team building skills
  • Fluency in English
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
  • Desired Characteristics:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred · Strong organization and project management skills · Ability to rationalize data to determine underlying business process it represents ·
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams to develop solutions is preferred · Knowledge of Contractual Services business and OTR ·
  • Demonstrated experience planning and conducting meetings with external customers ·
  • Strong document control skills · Six Sigma training is preferred ·
  • Understanding of ISO9000 standards ·
  • Sound business and financial understanding ·
  • CPM or Contractual Services experience is preferred ·
  • Strong oral and written communication skills ·
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
