Job Title: Digital Marketer / Communication Strategist

Location: (Chevron Drive, Lekki-Ajah) Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Amplify and develop the Decasoft brand through content
• To help create and revise product go to market plans with product managers based on client needs and business objectives, plus co-ordinate with the product management and commercial teams to ensure the right (sector related) messages
• Create a brand and tactical campaigns around Decasoft product portfolios
• Develop product documentation and sales material including specification sheets, sell sheets, user guides, educational content
• Help develop Academy training courses and training material Candidate
• Measure, monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns to identify potential improvements
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn large data sets into meaningful action.
• Writing social media and blog content.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have good leadership/people skills and a leadership mindset
• Marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably in business or technology.
• Experience with digital marketing is an absolute need
• Ability to convert complex product features and client needs into simple, powerful stories
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably native English. Someone who can make conversation with and build a relationship with anyone, anywhere
• The ability to multi-task and work on a few projects simultaneously and stick to agreed deadlines is essential.
• Be able to write well-structured content with SEO in mind
• Has experience setting goals and meeting targets
• Candidates residing around Lekki-Ajah and environs are encouraged to apply.
