We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Pre-Sales Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • This position leads and manages scoping, designing, maintaining, supporting, developing communication Systems, Microsoft, Compute, Backup/DR and network solutions within an organization or between organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Network, Wireless, Collaboration, and Security Solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of Compute, Backup/DR, System and Microsoft Solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, in-market field sellers, partner under your area of concertation.
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
  • Builds relationships especially on C-level with customers and global partners that result in superior solutions and deeper loyalty and adoption of ITH’s solutions
  • Support sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit.
  • Establishing the customer environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight (8) years in an ICT / System Integrator environment, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • CCNP/CCIE, MCSA/MCSE, Solution Architecting, Customer engagement up to CxO level,
  • Relevant Leadership and Managerial skill is highly required.
