Entertainment Afrique - We are a Media production and TV content provider firm. We are currently in search of a Front Desk Officer to join our team.

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location:
Lagos

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, and directing them to the proper department or person
  • Supply information regarding the organization, products, services and policies to clients
  • Develop and manage good relationship with the customers and visitors
  • Answering all incoming phone calls as well and directing the incoming calls to respective recipients
  • Typing correspondence
  • Employee relations
  • Coordinate signing people in and out of office building
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments
  • General administrative and clerical support
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of OND in a relevant discipline
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry and proofreading skills.
