We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Agent

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Telesales Agent is responsible for contacting customers and delivering comprehensive product information and delightful customer service throughout the sales process
• This position will be selling the company’s products and services, answering questions about product or the company, asking questions to understand customer requirements, close sales, and place customer orders
• They will ensure the customer receives a premium experience with personalized attention.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate online sales via the website and all other customer touchpoints
• Educate customers on  products available  and navigate them through available payment options
• Follow up with all aspects of each sale until the products are delivered to the customer’s home and customer is fully satisfied
• Well versed and comfortable with the computer and other sales systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate suggestions and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Sc or equivalent
• Prior successful experience working in sales
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role
• Not more than 27 years
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized.
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
