National Sates Manager at a Poultry Farm

A Poultry Farm located at Km 5 Ajase-Ipo - Offa Road, Amberi village, Kwara State is looking for persons with working experience in the poultry farms who will develop and lead execution of innovative ideas and strategies in the vacant position below:

Job Title: National Sates Manager

Location: Amberi Village, Kwara
Reports to: The Managing Director

Role Objective

• Growth of company revenues and deliver the company’s sales objectives.

Main Duties

• Implement and improve systems, structures, policies, processes and tools to maximize revenue opportunities,
• Identify and analyze the potentials of target markets and define the company’s production targets and sales strategy.
• Design and implement sales programs initiatives
• Track trends in poultry products purchase and consumption patterns to modify company production plans and sales strategies
• Lead the development and implementation of a vibrant sales policy

Qualification

• HND or B.Sc in Life Sciences.

Experience:

• 10 years in the Poultry industry.

Certification:

• None.

Knowledge:

• The poultry industry and business,
• Sales Management Customer Relationship Management
• Business Analysis
• Information Management
• Marketing and Brand Management

Other Requirements:

• The persons must have strong leadership skills, able to train and mentor, able to plan, schedule, coordinate direct, and control effectively.
• Desired personal attributes are: Highly organized; Significant ability to multi-task effectively, Ability to work with all levels of management; Build partnerships and teams.
• Assertive and tenacious.
