Job Position: Special Assistant to the Group Managing Director

Job Description
- This is a challenging Senior Management position in a competitive environment and the successful candidate will be responsible for preparation of correspondence, memoranda, reports and other materials of highly confidential in nature; monitor outgoing correspondence; liaise with Senior/ Top Management staff on behalf of GMD; draft business proposals; provide excellent administrate support: maintain electronics and paper based documents; provide leadership for other staff: manage the office in the absence of GMD amongst other responsibilities.
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc in Economics or related fields and must be versatile in accounts and computer applications plus at least 10 years relevant experience with minimum of five years as a Special Assistant to Chief Executive Officer of a reputable multinational company.
- Must have impeccable integrity with excellent interpersonal skills and be entrepreneur in thinking/approach Be creative, take initiative and mature enough to work without supervision.
- Possession of an advanced degree in business related discipline is a must.
