Job Position: Customer Relations Officer
Location: Abuja/ Lagos
Job Description
- Attend to the enquiries of customers ensure customer satisfaction; exploring new sales areas; give constant updates to the customers on their vehicles; contact customers when their cars are ready for collection; ensure job cards are properly filled; ensure that the customers vehicles are completed at the time promised; prepare gate passes/daily control sheet; ensure that all customer complaints are documented and loaded into the customer complaints' register.
Qualifications/Experience
- B.Sc/ HND in relevant disciplines with two to three years experience.
- Must have excellent communication/interpersonal relation skills, proficient in the usage of the computer applications.
