Job Position: Sales Operations Manager (Automobile)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Candidates for this position will be responsible for defining sales strategy developing and executing sales teams operational plan; defining and tracking sales targets; managing incentive programme for sales team; research and development; product and pricing analysis; CRM; overseeing sales budgets and expenditure; honing sales core processes; ensuring demonstrator policy is effectively utilised; ensuring that that sales and marketing departments comply with process standards and timely submission on data required by the top management amongst others.
Qualifications/Experience
- Must have knowledge of automotive industry experience in strategic planning executing and delivery of sales strategies; excellent communicator (both verbal and written) and must be highly proficient in the usage of computer applications.
- B.Sc/HND in commerce related disciplines plus upwards of seven years experience in a world class automobile company.
