Job Description

• Hardwood Floor Installers place solid wood floor coverings in both residential and commercial buildings.
• An ideal candidate should be able to work with measuring materials and carpentry tools, and should be able to prepare floors for solid wood flooring, removing imperfections, and consulting with clients.
• Hardwood flooring Installers should demonstrate physical fitness, stamina, the ability to work in a leaning position, and attention to details.
• To fill the two vacant Hardwood Flooring Installer positions at Odozi Obodo, candidates should also be able to:
  • Prepare an estimate for the work, taking into account the material and labor costs.
  • Organize the area to be floored by cleaning it of any dust, fixing the cracks with putty, padding the concrete subfloor with builder's felt, and leveling the ground prior to flooring.
  • Plan and execute work with the proper tools and materials to maximize efficiency.
  • Provide accurate measurements and estimates for all projects.
  • Accurately lay hard wood flooring.

Remuneration
Salary is far above minimum wage.
