Job Position: Warranty Officer
Location: Lagos/ Abuja
Job Description
- Apply the Dealership warranty and goodwill policy and procedures correctly to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis.
- Monitor daily and weekly warranty reports and ensure compliance with company's policy and industry guidelines amongst others.
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc/ HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering plus three to five years relevant experience.
