Team Ace - Our client is an Agritech Company focused at empowering African Farmers and helps in strengthening global food security.

They are currently looking to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farm Manager

Location: Ijebu-ode, Ogun (with accomodation)

Brief Responsibilities

• Our farm managers are responsible for the daily planning, organisation, supervision and administration of activities on farm estates.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizing sales and purchases of livestock, farm equipment, crops and agricultural products
• Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records
• Recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers
• Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily
• keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases
• Ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets
• Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery
• Advertising and marketing farm products or the work of the farmer.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years Experience in a similar role
• In depth experience about farming
