We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Pickup & Drop-off Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibility
- Strategically plan and manage riders route
- Direct, optimize and coordinate dispatch
- Liaise and negotiate with customers
- Keep track of quality delivery times and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train riders workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Ensure Compliance with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Requirments
- Proven working experience
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Good Knowledge of Lagos and its environs
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Proximity to Yaba is an advantage.
