Job Title: Sales Officer

Job Description
- Develop and deliver product sales to potential clients for the company
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Reach out to potential clients to market company products and encourage purchases.
- Answer clients’ questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company reaches its target audience.
- Prepare cost-benefit analysis for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years in proven sales experience
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
