Flexedge Limited - Our client is an emerging but diversified solution provider with a broad portfolio in cooling systems including HVAC, Industrial cooling, mobile refrigeration and general industrial electrical and mechanical machine parts. Utilizing turnkey design, design integration and currently building and expanding an in-house team capacity.

We are seeking a suitable and competent candidate to fill the position of:

Job Title: Lead Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Build relationships and establish loyal customer network to achieve market penetration for the full product portfolio of the organization and her affiliates.
• Delivers the sales projections through the approved route to market strategy.
• Work with clients/ partners design engineers and contractors in selecting and bidding products such as AHU’s, VRV Systems, rooftops, chillers, and air distribution and control devices in order to make a sale to the mechanical contractor.
• Read & understand Technical Drawings, understand equipment needed, create a quote, and follow up with customer.
• Work closely with direct managers and account representatives to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• To attend networking events with other professionals in the construction industry.
• Continually maintain a professional relationship with customers.
• Prepare weekly reports with an update on-site visits and quotations sent to clients.

Qualifications

• Mechanical /Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering degree or equivalent.
• The applicant needs to be familiar with the cooling solution, mobile refrigeration, HVAC equipment and its application with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in this field or related one.
• Computer skills and knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit, and Microsoft Office is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and Target driven
• Must be well presented and able to deal professionally with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
