Job Title: Channel Partnership Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • A client is hiring a Channel Partnerships Manager as part of their expansion strategy.
  • The Channel Partnerships Manager is a self-directed sales professional with a track record of closing deals, Strong experience in all aspects of sales techniques (pipeline management, closing techniques, objection management, etc.)
  • Demonstrates top-notch communication and presentation skills with the ability to reach, engage and sell to all decision-making levels
  • Good knowledge and connections with the technology and IT industries in categories like digital transformation, IoT, Fleet Management, Access Control, Hotels,
  • Entertainment, electronics …etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure Channel Partner Program Deployment and execution. Increase market penetration with Channels by enabling building and developing defined partners.
  • Create and document marketing content in the form of VOCS and POC case studies
  • Push sales funnel through digital tools through a leveraged Channel model.
  • Build and execute with the channel on Joint Account Plan per channel partner
  • Set up strong collaboration between channel, direct touch and technical teams
  • Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales projects and activities. You will serve as liaison between Channel Sales Leadership, Marketing and Distributors.
  • You will develop mechanisms for monitoring Channel Sales progress and for problem solving with project managers and customers
  • Empower Company's ability to timely respond to customer demands by coordinating efforts of different teams
  • Build up your business acumen while learning to address customer needs in today's dynamic global economy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the corporate channel partners in the Building an Automation Industry
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, planning, analytical of performance and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated experience in digital transformation of companies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a Technical discipline
  • Experience with an IoT technology company a major asset.
  • Proven leadership in sales and channel
  • Managerial/Leader experience
  • Large network within Nigeria domestic market and Ghana
  • High business acumen and process driven
  • Excellent organization skills
  • An ability to train others
  • An ability to direct and motivate a team
  • An ability to work with diverse teams (professionals, technical, etc.)
