Job Description
- Responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all after- sales activities of the Group.
- Ensure that After-Sales Group meets assigned targets for profitable parts sales volume and workshop jobs.
- Determine and implement the most appropriate after-sales market structures to achieve revenue goals, secure new business opportunities and maintain old relationships.
- Develop and implement an after-sales network with product users for service, maintenance contracts that are customer friendly and profitable to the company.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- A Technically/Mechanically- related degree and other related certifications with at least 10 years after-sales experience of which five must have been at senior management level.
- Good understanding of after-sales business especially the workshop and spare parts businesses, invoicing, processing, vehicle warranties etc.
- Drive and determination to turn after- sales around, Business integrity, result-oriented.
- Ability to communicate actionable" positive and corrective feedback to the after-sales team.
- Demonstrate experience in managing a cross functional after-sales team with so ability to lead Senior team members.
